How we got over 53k impressions per month.

Blu Banana came to us with a problem, they had a website, that was performing averagely, however, the site just simply was not converting, and when it did convert, there was no way of tracking these website conversions in a simple way. The directors there wanted to be able to see where their traffic was coming from and what areas of the business were most important to the people searching for them.

In July of 2020, we began working with them using their then-current site to see if the site had much conversion potential, we worked with them for 2 months using the site to track and try and build some conversions.

Content Writing

We started with Blu Banana by creating engaging company updates that we both reader-friendly, creative and also search engine optimised, specifically for a Local SEO campaign. Blu Banana Graphics are a company that prides itself on customer care, we wanted this to be reflected in their SEO campaign and so ensured that their SEO campaign was supported by an in-depth insight into what was happening inside the business, so new people visiting the site understood that Blu Banana Graphics we transparent.

Conversion Tracking

We needed to be sure that we were tackling the issue that Blu Banana had employed us to do, which helped them track what was happening on their site and ensure that people were moving through their site, most importantly in a simple way.

We did this by first adding a GoogleTag tracking code to all forms and pages across the site so that we could manage which forms were being filled out and submitted. We did this for a purely analytical reason, so we as marketers could see this data.

We still had the issue that the team wanted to be able to see this information in a hassle freeway. The most simple way that we could think to do this was by adding a simple message on each form so when they were submitted, the Email would read “THIS MESSAGE COMES FROM VEHICLE GRAPHICS LANDING PAGE.” So far this has worked in helping to better track the traffic coming through the site.

On-page SEO

Over the next three months, we used Content writing services and Conversion tracking to help build towards a much larger scale campaign. The next stage, naturally was for Blu Banana to take the jump and have a site bespoke designed by us, created with conversions in mind.

They were very clear from the beginning that when designing a website they wanted it to attract corporate clients with Fleets and larger order quantities, we ensure that this type of site was created, with multiple pages, a professional outlook, all whilst retaining the conversions tracking tools we had already created.

The next step was to begin scaling the infrastructure we had put in place over the last 9 months, we needed to create multiple entry points into the website and into different services.

From this, we have been able to create over 50 valuable, content-rich and converting landing pages that are supporting the growth of Blu Banana.
